'Mitsuba' Means three leaves in Japanese and refers to the way that the leaves grow on a tall skinny stem. It is known as wild Japanese parsley and its flavour can be described as a mix of parsley, celery and a hint of cilantro. Its leaves and stems can be added to soups, salads and stir-fries. Most commonly consumed raw since heat can make it turn bitter.
