Terra Rosa Potatoes are full sized elongated tubers with bright magenta skin and pink-red flesh.

Terra Rosa are perfect potato to harvest early when they reach 1 1/2- 2 inches. They can be eaten mashed, fried or baked and in potato salad as the Terra Rosa maintains its colour after cooking.
