Rose Marie Potato Seed - Ontario Seed Potatoes

Rose Marie potatoes are an early season fingerling variety with smooth, glossy skin and creamy pinkish-white flesh with a cream coloured ring around the outside. 

In the Garden:  This variety has high yields and is great for container growing.

in the Kitchen:  The flesh has a moist, waxy texture with a buttery, slightly tart taste, making it best suited to boiling, steaming, and oven roasting, as well as pink potato salads. The thin skin requires no peeling.
