La Ratte Potatoes are a very popular variety of mid season fingerling potato due to its smooth buttery texture and nutty flavour, it is held in high regard by chefs around the world.

These potatoes grow 6-8 inches long with a smooth delicate yellow skin and golden yellow flesh.  When harvested very young, these baby potatoes are said to melt in your mouth.
