Golden Beets- Heirloom, Non GMO Seeds

Golden beets are like little balls of sunshine. Slightly less sweet than red varieties, but with a less earthy flavour.  Gold beets are great for eating raw and are often shaved into green salads.   Gold beets are an excellent source of folate, manganese, beta-carotene, and are a very good source of potassium, copper, and fiber.
